Description:
All TeacherTECH workshops are open to Elementary School, Middle School, High School, College and Adult Education Educators and Administrators.

Moodle is an open source learning management system (LMS) used to augment traditional face-to-face courses and also deliver content in online courses. Moodle is a web-based, software package designed using sound pedagogical principles to help educators create effective online, constructivist, learning communities. Moodle is currently used by more than 1,000 teachers and thousands of students in San Diego area schools. In this beginning course, you will begin to build and add content to your Moodle course by creating resources such as web pages, links to files and web sites, and organizing files into folders accessible in Moodle.
