Sensing the Environment: Information Technology, Engineering and Environmental Educational Tools

Description:
Elementary School, Middle School, High School and Community College Educators are Invited to attend our hands-on summer TeacherTECH Science Workshops.

Come and collaborate in an environmental science initiative that incorporates sensors, IT, and an online multi-player game providing an appealing context to spark middle school girls' interest in science and engineering.

Course stipends will be offered upon completion of this workshop and academic year participation.

This workshop is offered in collaboration with the San Diego Supercomputer Center and the Jacobs School of Engineering, University of California. This workshop will take place at the University of California, San Diego.
