We will start a new and different conversation about nonprofits in Escondido that covers their many impacts in our community and how changing trends affect the ways we relate to and engage with non-profits.

Deliverables: baseline study of Escondido nonprofits; new online forum; initial goals for a community-wide annual planning process; stakeholder resources for evaluating impact.
