Forgot your password?

We can issue you a new one automatically through email by using the form below.

Step 1: Enter Your Email Address
In the box below, enter the email address you first used when you registered as a Participant and then press the submit button.

Step 2: Check Your Email Box
After you press the submit button, wait a few minutes and then go check your e-mail. Your login name and new password should be waiting for you.

Step 3: Change Your Password
After you login you can click on 'Change Password' from the My Homebase/My Profile page to change your password back to whatever you like.
